I wanted to take the time and thank you for everything you and your team did to get me into my first car! I am so happy with my decision, and feel that you had a lot to do with getting me the price I felt comfortable with. I came to test drive the car on Saturday and Tommy graciously took his time to answer my questions. He was very honest with me but personable at the same time. I enjoyed working with him. When I came back with my dad on Sunday we were introduced to Maria, who helped us make the final decisions on the type of car we wanted. She spent a lot of time with us confirming that we were happy with not only our choice of car and accessories but helped us get the best pricing. Maria was a joy to work with. I have to say, your staff was very inviting and informative.
Walking away that night my dad and I felt like not only did we get a beautiful car, but amazing pricing! I am so happy with my decision and have referred your dealership to many of my friends who are currently looking to lease a new car.

Great experience at LIvermore Honda Service!!!
For all of you with Hondas, I just wanted to tell you about my great experience I've had with the Service Dept at Livermore Honda. I have an Odyssey, and I had to have a lot of work done on it - new run flat tires, oil change, transmission oil change, brake rotors repaired to fix some shaking when my car braked, splash shield under my car reattached, and an overall checkup. I took it there and they were SO nice to me. They treated me respectfully, didn't charge me for a bunch of things, called me regularly to let me know how things were going, made sure I was able to get a rental car, and plus, they give a discount to IHMC members. One of the owners is an IHMC mom here, and they have been so nice to me. This was the second time I took my car there, and I will continue to do so. On my own as a single mom and on a tight budget, they really did their very best to help me out, and I highly respect that and I'm very grateful. I highly recommend them if you're looking for someone to work on your Honda. :)

Recently had a vehicle repaierd at your location. As my car was repaired I was offered aloaner vehicle and was kept apprised of the repair schedule on a regualr basis. Finally when I picked up the car i was offered a shiny, clean, and ready vehicle.
You are better than all dealerships in Sacramento, Fresno and the Bay. You are by far the very best.
