Eric is so nice and Tracy Honda lied to me and told me I needed my back breaks refinished for $800 dollars and he explained that I don't even have rear break rotors. Anyhow, he is always helpful with my last minute drop off and repair requests and explains things in lay men's terms. He is a keeper!

We bought a car here after calling many places and visiting 2 others.
The dealership is spacious and clean.
Ask for Bijan. He is low-key and extremely easy to work with. He is honest, that's why we bought a car from him. Of course he he works as a sales, so he is going to try to sell you a car and some options, but no pressure. He'll tell you as much as you want, or as little.
Then when we met with the finance guy Shawn, he was low-pressure as well. Again, he'll try to sell you some options, but decline if you don't need them.
We will definitely be back.

Purchased a 2013 Honda Civic EX sedan from Livermore Honda. Got the best online deal, and Livermore honored the quote they sent me. Very professional and courteous staff. Adam helped me all the way till the end. If you have decided to buy a Honda, go to Livermore Honda. Don't mind the travel if you stay far off. The staff will make you feel worth it and you also get a good deal. When I went in, it was late, so couldn't grab any goodies. Hope Livermore Honda gifts me some goodies next time when I visit them :)
You need to buy a car. You have two choices.
1) Request for a quote from multiple dealers and bargain for a better deal
2) Go to Livermore Honda, and be assured you got the best deal and great customer service.
I stay 25 miles from Livermore. So before Livermore, I did try some local Honda dealers. Their reply: "No sir, there's no way we can give you the car for that price." Then sarcastically, "Do let us know if you get the car at this price from any Honda dealer, we will send all our clients to that location." Just say no, why be rude :-/
On the other hand, Adam always kept me informed about the new deals. I waited for almost 3 weeks, and I kept receiving new deals from Adam every week. When the price was affordable for me, I went in to meet Adam. Test drove the car and liked it. Livermore Honda honored the quote they sent me, and made it a smooth experience. No one likes bargaining, and Livermore made an offer which didn't need any bargaining. Shawn helped me with all the financing options, and got me a sweet deal on the financing.
I recommend Livermore Honda to everyone who has decided on a Honda.

We just bought our second Honda from Livermore Honda. Once again we had a great transaction. Recently I bought both vehicles in- the older one for a tune-up and the newer one to get purchased extras installed. I found the service department to be really easy to work with. I had the occasion to talk with Jose several times and found him really friendly. I appreciated them having my car ready several hours earlier than agreed when I ran into a minor emergency and called them. You honestly don't find this type of service in most places now days. I will continue to get my cars serviced here.

Koby, the sales person at Livermore Honda really made my day when shopping for a new car. When I called him for the first time and mentioned about the car I want, he said that he would like to call me back with the best price and he really called me back in 5 minutes with the best ever price possible. Having researched all other places, I found this was the best deal and immediately bought it without further negotiation, zero haggling. This was over $1500 less than the least other dealerships could offer and hence it was a no-brainer for me to drive to Livermore and pick the car.
I should also mention about their sales manager Joe, a really a nice guy who makes car buying experience so smooth. I have been to many dealerships in the past couple of years, but this car purchase was very different.

My Odyssey recently broke down with a broken axle. After getting it towed to Livermore Honda, Eric (service manager) promptly took care of the situation and made my wife and I feel at ease. The repair was completed by the next day. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would not hesitate to bring any of my Hondas there for servicing. If Yelp would allow me to give a 6 Star rating, Livermore Honda would have earned it on our recent purchase of a 2013 Honda Accord Sedan. We found this dealership through Truecar.com and their quote was the lowest in the South Bay / East Bay Area. Of the three Truecar participating dealers who provided us quotes, none had the exact Accord trim level and color we wanted. Livermore Honda offered up a dealer trade fee of $200, the other dealers wanted $250 and $300 respectively. I had a quote from my local dealer via the Costco program that was a little higher than the highest Truecar Quote. Livermore Honda also does the Costco program for those living close by.
Pete Petrovich in Internet Sales was very easy to deal with- he matter of factly laid out the car pricing, document prep, tax, title and license fees arriving at their true "out the door" price. Livermore Honda offered to sell me the next available Accord in the exact trim and color we wanted from their next inbound delivery - avoiding the dealer trade fee altogether. A great deal for us and a great deal for them as the car was at their store for less than 24 hours. This is what Truecar is all about- speeding the velocity of cars off the dealer's lot.
We drove up to the showroom, met with Pete and Tyson Lane, the Finance Manager on duty and were in and out in less than an hour. We were treated great as we did the deal paperwork - there were no surprises, no games, no high pressure "upselling". When the car came in, Pete called me and Kamden Holcomb checked us out in the new car answering all of our questions, syncing the iPhone, etc.
I highly recommend these guys as easy to work with.
BTW, I consider myself to be a car dealer's worst nightmare, since we drove to the dealership in our 96 Accord with 330,000 original miles - if you think that's a lot our F150 has 428,000 original miles. Over the years I've heard it all from car sales and service guys. When we do purchase a new vehicle we try to follow thirty years of Consumer Reports advice and do our homework before car shopping. AutoTrader.com told us who had the trim level/ color combination we were looking for, Truecar.com gave us accurate transaction pricing info and the deal was completely defined via only a few quick emails. Since you are reading this, I know you can click a mouse - that's all it takes to get amazing deals here. Now all I have to deal with is the spam from dealers who thought they were offering the best deal.

Great experience at LIvermore Honda Service!!!
For all of you with Hondas, I just wanted to tell you about my great experience I've had with the Service Dept at Livermore Honda. I have an Odyssey, and I had to have a lot of work done on it - new run flat tires, oil change, transmission oil change, brake rotors repaired to fix some shaking when my car braked, splash shield under my car reattached, and an overall checkup. I took it there and they were SO nice to me. They treated me respectfully, didn't charge me for a bunch of things, called me regularly to let me know how things were going, made sure I was able to get a rental car, and plus, they give a discount to IHMC members. One of the owners is an IHMC mom here, and they have been so nice to me. This was the second time I took my car there, and I will continue to do so. On my own as a single mom and on a tight budget, they really did their very best to help me out, and I highly respect that and I'm very grateful. I highly recommend them if you're looking for someone to work on your Honda. :)

Recently had a vehicle repaierd at your location. As my car was repaired I was offered aloaner vehicle and was kept apprised of the repair schedule on a regualr basis. Finally when I picked up the car i was offered a shiny, clean, and ready vehicle.
You are better than all dealerships in Sacramento, Fresno and the Bay. You are by far the very best.
