"We just purchased a 2007 EX-L w/RES from Henry Kimber at Livermore Honda, The experience was fabulous. Although we negotiated the deal before we arrived, he spent a lot of time after we arrived showing us all the features of the car and also letting us test drive it (again). His internet offer was $300 lower than all of the others, and $3,000 lower than another Bay Area dealer's "best" offer. There was no gamesmanship -- something we experienced with another dealer who changed his quote. Although we are from San Francisco, the trip to Livermore was well worth it. Kudos to Henry for his excellent service."

Comments: I had a wonderful shopping experience with Joe Sposito (and his cute daughter, Paige). He spent as much time with me as I needed to make my decision (over several days). While we were waiting for the paperwork (2 hours), he came back with his daughter (he was technically off duty) and waited with my daughter and I. (Paige kept my Katy entertained.) Neal (Neil?) also was a good help. He encouraged me to drive the car home and worked with me to find an agreeable price for both of us. When time ran out and I had to leave, Neil (Neal?) became my finance guy and typed up my paperwork so I could hit the road. Comments: First let me say that I hate car shopping with dealer sale people and do a great deal of research prior to any purchase. I am always appauled when I run into sales people who know less about a vehicle than me or who, because I am a woman, do not take me as a serious purchaser. And yes I just experience both of these at Dublin Toyota in the past couple of weeks. I was considering both a Camry and Accord V-6 and had a number of quotes on both cars via the Internet and through dealer visits. After test driving both cars, I opted for the Accord since it had more features as standard. I also like the feel of the car better in test drives. Livermore Honda was one of the dealers I contacted via the Internet since I work in Livermore. Henry responded with a competitive quote. It was second lowest to San Leandro. My preference was to do business in and support Livermore. I came in this past Saturday, and Henry was exceptional to deal with - professional, friendly, customer focused. He worked with me and met my needs and I drove off with a new Accord. Very happy and I would recommend Livermore Honda - and Henry - to anyone who asked.

It does not help the customer to have salesmen compete for the commission. The customer can tell when there is tension between salesmen and not having that issue to think about was great for us. There were enough cars in the lot for us to select a good color (we like that). So far, we are very happy with our decision to buy from you. I think we will be interested in buying a honda CRV next year. I would like to work with management to choose your weakest sales month in 2008 so we can obtain the best possible price and help you make a sale when you need one. No sales pressure and his knowledge of your Odyssey line helped us decide on just the right model. The manager that decided on our trade in value and the cost of the car was very direct and decisive. He let us know exactly what he could do for us right away and never wavered. The cash we needed was a bit higher than we were expecting to spend so we needed time to think it over. Again, no pressure. We returned a week later. Mo remembered us right away and had saved his paperwork. The manager doing the negotiations gave us the same offer as he had the week prior which was very much appreciated. It was most kind that your staff allowed us the time we needed to think things through. Comments: I purchased my car in Tracy, and recently moved to Livermore. Since moving here I've always taken my CR-V to Tracy Honda. The reason I brought it to Livermore was because I saw a sign on someone's van that said "Livermore Honda Sucks!" It made me laugh and made me want to find out for myself! So I brought the car in for an oil change. When the gentleman approched me I told him I wanted an oil change. He asked me if my light was on? I said no, the only light that was on was the tire pressure light. I stated that the oil life was down to 50% and I was getting freaked out because I had gone about 5,000 miles without changing it. He just kinda smiled and said don't panic, he explained to me about the light coming on when it needs service. I was so impressed with his knowledge and not wanting to just take my money like Tracy Honda! I've taken my car to Tracy, and they changed the oil every time! When it didn't even need it. I hope you find out the gentlemans name and acknowledge his professional service and knowledge, he is an asset to your company! My next sticker will say "Tracy Honda Sucks!!" Thank you!

He was knowledgable, but when he didn't know something, he found out right away instead of trying to fake it. He was dressed impecably and had a very professional appereance and manner usually seen only from top managers. The negotiation process was also painless. I did my homework on invoice prices and made a very reasonable offer which was accepted. The purchace process was also well done with no pressure sales tactics and the process was very quick and easy.
